Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address or custom clearance imports.

While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame as we rely on third party shipping companies to faciliate our deliveries. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

The processing time for orders is generally 1-3 business days. Once an order has been  processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number with 5 business days, kindly inform us by email   and include your order number.

Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $69. We strive to deliver your order within 5-10 business days in US & Canada & South America and 6-12 business days in Europe, Australia, Singapore & New Zealand.
